Description
This recently-built house is ideal for a pleasant holiday with friends or family. It is less than 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Bénodet and the historic town of Quimper. The surrounding towns of Pays Bigouden, Bénodet, Fouesnant and Concarneau are also well worth a visit. In terms of activities, you can enjoy a wide range of sports close to the rental property, including golf, horse-riding, tennis and water sports. One-storey house for 6 people: Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (combi/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave...) living room. Office with household equipment. 1 bedroom with 1 electric 160 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90 beds. Bay with garden access in each bedroom. Bathroom with shower and bath. Separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, stereo, games console, internet, washing machine, bed linen provided on request at an additional cost (10 euros per single bed, 20 euros per double bed). Outside: Terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, private garden and parking, 1 bicycle.
