Access map to the Gîte des Lumières The Gîte des Lumières is located in the heart of Langres, right next to the city walls and historic landmarks. It is easily accessible by car, taxi or public transport. This guide will help you find the best route to our gîte. 1. Access by car: Langres is well served by the A31 motorway, with two possible exits to access the town and the gîte. From exit 6 (Langres Centre): 1. Take exit 6 off the A31 towards *Langres Centre*. 2. Follow the signs for *centre-ville*. 3. Once you arrive at *Place Diderot*, go straight on, then turn right towards *la porte Longe*. 4. Continue along *rue Tassel* and you will arrive directly at *Place des Jacobins*. 5. The gîte is located on the corner of *rue Tassel* and *Place des Jacobins*, just a few metres away. Free parking is available on the Place des Jacobins or in the surrounding streets. From exit 7 (Langres Est) : 1. Take exit 7 off the A31 towards Langres Est. 2. Follow the *D35* towards the town centre. 3. Once on the *Place Diderot*, head towards the *Porte Longe*. 4. Then take the *rue Tassel* which leads you to the *Place des Jacobins*. 5. The gîte is on the corner of rue Tassel and Place des Jacobins, just a few steps away. Free parking is available nearby, on Place des Jacobins or in the surrounding streets. 2. Access by public transport : If you arrive by train at Langres station, you can easily reach the gîte by taxi or transport on request. Access from Langres station : - By taxi: Taxis are available outside the station. The taxi journey to the gîte takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes. - By transport on demand: You can use a transport on demand service for a direct journey to the gîte.
