This small manor house is located in the heart of the village of Hédé-Bazouges, in a park planted with lime trees next to the castle (shops within walking distance). Overlooking the valley, it is 2 km from the Maison du Canal d'Ille-et-Rance and the famous "11 locks" site. Close to Rennes (20 km) and Saint-Malo (50 km), easily accessible via the 4-lane road, the house offers you the proximity of major sites, while enjoying the calm of this green setting. The house has a surface area of 90m² and is composed of 6 independent living rooms, some of which have a ceiling height of over 3m: * On the ground floor - a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, etc.) with a lovely view of the park, - a dining room with access to an outdoor wooden terrace, at the back of the house and not overlooked - a living room with TV, fireplace, sofa - an independent WC * On the 1st floor - an independent bedroom with a double bed (160X200cm) and a single bed (90X190cm) with a beautiful view on the valley - a second bedroom with a double bed (140X190cm) and a single bed (90X190cm) - A large independent dressing room - A bathroom with double washbasin * The exterior - Large enclosed garden of 800m², with trees, garden furniture and deckchairs. - Shelter for your bikes and maintenance kit ("Welcome Bike" Label) - Weber electric barbecue. * Facilities and services - Wifi access - Bed linen and towels included. - Necessary to accommodate a baby and games for children - Parking within the property - a closed garage is also available - Labelled "Accueil Vélo et Rando". Cyclists and hikers welcomed.  - Breakfast kit on request. * The owner Valerie will make you feel very welcome and will share with you the known and not so known treasures to visit in the area. The house was renovated in 2021 for the painting, the lime plastering and the bathroom fittings. The choice was made to use noble materials throughout the house. * Supplements - Visitor's tax (compulsory): 0,75€ / adult / night (3 star tourist accommodation) - Cleaning at the end of the stay (compulsory): 82€.
