Trélévern is a pretty village situated between Paimpol and Perros-Guirec. This ground floor flat in a beautiful detached house (formerly the village forge) is close to the beaches of Kériec (900m) and Trestel (1500m). This gîte has a large, fully-equipped kitchen (pyrolysis oven, microwave, combined fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor fan) and a lovely lounge with 101cm TV, a bedroom (1 double bed 140*190), a second bedroom with two single beds 90, a 1st bathroom (double washbasin unit, shower 100*80, and a second bathroom, a washing machine 7 kg and a tumble dryer 7 kg), a WC and a cupboard. The tourist tax is calculated automatically at the time of booking according to the information provided at the time of booking, i.e. according to the length of stay, the number of people and their age. It is EUR 1.30 per person per day for people over 18. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen included in the rental price (12 shower sheets, 12 towels, 12 gloves and 6 tea towels). We're a couple who work hand in hand in this business, we have two grown-up daughters who are now in higher education and we've owned this house since 2015, first renovating the first floor and then converting the forge on the ground floor into a second home. We love welcoming tourists and we've been meeting great people for seven years now. We like our guests to feel at home in our accommodation so that their stay is as pleasant as possible.
