Description

ON THE FARM Come and recharge your batteries by enjoying the products of the farm in an imposing landscape, many walks in the surroundings, discover the heritage through your walks in our beautiful department_. My farm is located in the Cantal (15) between the Monts du Cézallier, the Planèze de St-Flour and the Alagnon valley at an altitude of 1000m. I raise a herd of Abondance cows, which I use to process all the milk harvested on the farm in my cheese-processing workshop. All year round, I make farmhouse fourmes when my herd eats a variety of flora, which gives this cheese a flavour that tickles the taste buds. I also produce a wide range of dairy products, including plain or flavoured yoghurts on a bed of fruit, and faisselles. I also give tours of the cheese-making process. I market my products myself, either directly from the farm or at one-off or seasonal markets.
