Each has its own season, its own people, its own history. So the town has something for everyone, with its diversity of personalities: the elegant villas of the Ville d'Hiver, the fishermen's huts in the port of l'Aiguillon, the lively town centre and the pier... Here is a handy route guide to include in a letting advert. The Cours Desbiey is situated in the centre of Arcachon, close to the Ville d’Hiver and Mauresque Park. From Bordeaux – approximately 50 mins Take the A63 towards Bayonne. Join the A660 towards the Bassin d’Arcachon. Continue towards Arcachon via the N250. As you approach Arcachon, follow signs for Arcachon Centre / Ville d’Hiver. Join Cours Desbiey and continue to No. 134 bis. Arcachon can be reached from Bordeaux via the A63 and then the A660; the journey usually takes less than an hour, provided there is no heavy traffic. From La Rochelle – approx. 2 hours Take the N137 towards Rochefort. Continue towards Saintes, then Cognac or Bordeaux depending on your chosen route. Then join the A10/A63, followed by the A660 towards Arcachon. Take the N250 towards Arcachon Centre. Then follow signs for Ville d’Hiver / Cours Desbiey.
