This house is located in a quiet area just 150 m from the sea! A 5-minute drive will take you to the pretty port of Audierne, where you'll find all the local shops. And don't forget to visit the famous Pointe du Raz or the Ile de Sein, both of which are accessible by boat. Detached house for 4 people : Ground floor: fitted kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, oven and microwave...) living room, large veranda. 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and access to terrace. Shower room. Separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and 1 single bed (90). Shower room and separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, WiFi internet access, washing machine. Sheets and towels provided. Cot and baby equipment. Outside: 750 m² garden and private enclosed car park, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Bike shed.
