Recent house with new furniture and quality bedding in a very quiet residential area with sunny garden at the back and 2 private parking spaces opposite the rental. Near the beach of Caroual 500 meters, the beach of St Pabu 1 km ET 0 2 km 5 from the center of Erquy: all the advantages of calm but close to everything. Spacious, bright and functional house with its fitted kitchen open to the living room opening onto the terrace and two bedrooms upstairs. Very beautiful hikes with breathtaking panoramas, especially all along the GR34 or customs path. PLEASED TO WELCOME YOU !
