Surrounded by orchards and at 300 meters from the Dordogne River. 1 open kitchen, 1 large living and dining room, 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 X 2 beds (90) and 1X160 bed), 1 shower room + 1 independent WC. Furniture for baby, washing machine, dishwasher... Outside private garden with furniture and barbecue. As well, 5 000m2 land including a fishing area of 2000 m2.
