This lovely granite fisherman's cottage is just a few steps from the sea. It has all the comforts of home (renovated, 3-star rating, wifi), lots of charm, close to the sea (300 metres at high tide), sea view, quiet location in a cul-de-sac, sunny with a south-west-facing terrace. Small but functional kitchen Small shower room on the ground floor but 2 pretty bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with a double bed (2x90cm). The shower room and kitchen are small but functional; the living room and sitting room are spacious, bright and very pleasant, with a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. Outside, the terrace offers a sea view for meals with family or friends before going for a walk on this magnificent little island. Direct access to the coastal path around the island (GR 34). Close to beaches, sailing school, LPO (League for the Protection of Birds). Close to Perros-Guirec, Trégastel, the favourite village of the French: Ploumanac'h, Trébeurden. 10 km from TGV station and airport. WE LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU!
