The house comprises a living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge/living room with TV, sofa bed, 2 armchairs, table and 6 chairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), a second bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) that can be moved closer together, a shower room and separate toilet. The garage is available for storing suitcases, beach games, sports equipment (Vendée Globe) or bicycles. 2 parking spaces: one private parking space is reserved in front of the house for your vehicle and another for a small vehicle in the courtyard, which is closed off by a gate. The cycle paths are just a short walk away, giving you access to all the amenities for lovely walks along the Corniche Vendéenne. If you're keen on nature walks, there are plenty of footpaths along the coast or in the marshes. The nearest shopping area is 800 m away, the shops of La Pironniėre with its morning market are less than 1 km away, the Tanchet beach (electric recharging point), the lake, the thalassotherapy centre and the Aqualonne aquatic complex are less than 1.5 km away, and the pedestrianised streets of the town centre are around 4 km away.
