BALCONY of 11 m2 unique view on the CAP d'ANTIBES FORGET THE CAR ! RELAX in this haven of peace ! Railway station 15' walk Comfortable apartment entirely renovated in a Mediterranean art deco atmosphere very welcoming. Bright, crossing and not overlooked, it has a magnificent view on the Mediterranean gardens and a sea view. You are in Cap d'Antibes! Each room has air conditioning, electric shutters and the terrace has electric blinds. WIFI in the apartment. You enter on a corridor (with cupboard) serving the rooms. The apartment is composed of a large living room designed to share good moments all together: - a large and quiet balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun in the morning or have dinner in the open air -A very well equipped open kitchen: fridge/freezer, induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, as well as all the necessary equipment to cook. -a table with its chairs and benches -a cosy corner with its comfortable rattan seats around a small coffee table a 3-seater sofa bed facing a SMART TV (netflix ... possible), radio speaker BLUETOOTH You will have 2 independent rooms: - the blue room has 2 beds in 90*200 - the ochre room welcomes 1 Queen Size bed 160*200. Each room is equipped with a desk area, large lighted closets and hangers. Comfortable hotel quality bedding. Beds equipped with bedside tables and reading lights. Pillows, sheets and comforters provided. The bathroom with its blush tiles includes a double sink and its storage, a toilet, a beautiful shower with fish scale tiles to relax. You will have hair dryer and towel dryer, towels and shower gel. We provide a welcome kit on your arrival including toilet paper, towels, dishwashing liquid, washing machine tablet, dishwasher tablet, garbage bags, cleaners. An iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner are at your disposal. Linen is provided (sheets, towels, and dish towels). You will have the pleasure of discovering your beds made upon arrival. In addition, the departure cleaning is provided (including a reasonable tidying up - except for the garbage and dishwashing). You will be greeted on arrival by Chantal to facilitate your stay. We remain available by email and phone if you have any questions. The residential area of Saramartel is located at the beginning of the Cap d'Antibes next to Port Gallice and the pine forest (venue of the Jazz Festival in July). It is located next to all the day and night life of Antibes Juan les pins, with shops and restaurants. The perfect location for vacations and to discover the French Riviera! Possibility to park on the non nominative places of the condominium exclusively reserved to the residents accessible with your beeper or in the street which is free. Another possibility: a private secure and covered parking lot only 5 minutes away on foot (75 € per week with possible entries/exits). Local transportation is nearby: Bus at a few minutes Railway station Juan les pins 15 minutes walk (direct access to Cannes, Fréjus, Nice, Monaco, Italy ..) ALL TENANTS ARE REQUIRED NOT TO DISTURB THE PEACE OF THE NEIGHBORS. The apartment is located in a small residential building and it is advisable to respect the internal rules of the building and to avoid noise. The environment is quiet and for reasons of good neighborliness with the condominium, guests are asked not to have parties in the apartment. No noisy, smelly or unhealthy activities can be tolerated. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire. Tout peut se faire à pied.

Originaire des Vosges, je suis tombée sous le charme de la Cote d'azur. Voyager ici est un plaisir! Antibes Juan les Pins est une ville magnifique chargée d'histoire, baignée de cette lumière bleue toute l'année, à l'emplacement extraordinaire. Toutes les saisons y sont belles. Je suis enthousiaste à l'idée de vous faire partager cet endroit!
