Typical stone house set in a large, peaceful wooded area 1.5 km from the shops in Combrit and just 5 km from the beaches, which are accessible by cycle paths. Come and explore South Finistère to discover the pretty port of Ste Marine or the beaches of Ile-Tudy or the legendary spot of La Torche in Plomeur and why not make a diversion to the Port of Guilvinec to see the arrival of the fishing boats. Detached house for 5 people: Ground floor: fitted kitchen (combined freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave...), living room, 1 shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC, outbuilding. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), a second bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm). Small dressing room. Facilities and services: TV, washing machine, fireplace with wood burner, baby equipment: high chair, cot and small bath, Sheets and towels for hire, provided in July and August. NO WIFI . Outside: garden furniture, barbecue, large private garden and car park, swing.

Coming from Quimper on the D785 towards Pont l'Abbé, take the exit towards Combrit Ile Tudy. You are now on the D144; Drive for 2.1 km and continue straight on at the roundabout (speed limit 50 km/h). At the end of the 50km/h speed limit sign, take the first turning on the right marked by an intersection sign (kerdousten sign placed to the right of the start of the road); at the end of this road, turn left (on the right, the road has no exit); our house is on the right after the bend. Go past the small blue gate and immediately enter the property. If you're coming from Bénodet, you'll come to the Super U roundabout: head towards Quimper (D144); drive for 1.4 km and take the left-hand path marked by an intersection sign (kerdousten sign on the right).
