This Breton stone house is located in a quiet hamlet, close to some very beautiful beaches on the Breton Riviera. A privileged destination offering a host of activities, from seaside walks to bike rides in unspoilt sites between land and sea for nature lovers. There are many must-see places to visit close to the rental accommodation: the historic centre of Quimper, the marina at Port La Forêt, the city of painters Pont-Aven, the walled town of Concarneau, Bénodet and its seafront. A beautiful region to discover! Semi-detached house, not overlooked, for 3 people: Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen: gas cooker, fridge, oven and microwave. Freezer box in adjoining shed. Living room, shower room and separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm). Facilities and services: TV, WIFI internet access, hi-fi system, washing machine. Sheets and towels available for hire. Outside: Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, enclosed private garden and car park. Bicycles available. Weekly rates: consult the schedule by entering your dates of stay.
