Description

Stay in Sion sur l'Océan in this new house located just a stone's throw from the 5 Pineaux beach, with supervised swimming and a sea pool ideal for young and old alike. Close to the Corniche de Saint Hilaire de Riez, and starting points for walking trails. Close to amenities: market, restaurant, bar, supermarket, etc. A village full of seasonal activities. The house has a bright living room with lounge and television, a sitting room and an open-plan fitted kitchen. The large bay window in the living room opens onto a pleasant wooden terrace with garden furniture. On the kitchen side, you'll enjoy a small garden and its terrace, with table, chairs and parasol, in a peaceful, unoverlooked setting (rising sun). On the night side, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90cm). The bedrooms have wardrobes with shelves and hanging space. A shower room (Italian shower) and separate WC. A cellar with washing machine, shoe rack and storage space. All windows in the cottage are fitted with electric roller shutters. A private parking space is available. Free wifi access.
