Description

Between TOULOUSE and ANDORRA, in the heart of the Ariege Pyrenees, the Forges d'Enfalits welcome you to relax in a relaxed family atmosphere. Régine and Gérard welcome you to the site of the former forges of Rabat les Trois Seigneurs for a weekend break, to discover the historical heritage close at hand, to take part in a wide range of sporting activities, or simply to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside. The building dates from 1805 and is nestled in 4 hectares of parkland, bordered by a river and surrounded by canals, waterfalls and locks, all remnants of the former activity. Les Forges d'Enfalits is classified as a "Fishing Accommodation" by the Fédération Française de Pêche, and has private access to the Courbière (a first category river, running alongside the property for over a kilometre), with the possibility of organising fishing trips or courses (trout, carnassial fish, black bass) with a fishing instructor/guide. Also qualified as a "bikers' hostel", with a closed and secure garage, a place to dry wetsuits and boots (just in case!!!), storage for helmets and boots and the availability of small tools.
