Located on the ground floor, Douceur Marine has the advantage of being on one level. It has plenty of natural light thanks to its large windows, and offers uninterrupted views of the sea, the Rocher de Cancale and the Île des Rimains in Cancale. In a very quiet part of Cancale, you have direct access to the sea and the customs path. The natural sea swimming pool and the beach are just a few metres away. Shops, restaurants and the Place de l'Eglise are a 10-minute walk away. This recently renovated flat sleeps 4 people. * GROUND FLOOR: - Entrance hall with wardrobe and storage space, then large living room with sitting area with television, sitting area and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (large capacity fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, etc.). - Separate bedroom for 2 people (large bed 160x200 cm). - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC. - A 2nd relaxation area with a sea view can also be converted into a comfortable bed for 2 people (bed 140x200 cm). * Outside : Enjoy the sea view and direct access to the beaches.
