The advantages of the accommodation
Description
We offer you this beautiful, recently furnished two-room apartment, adjoining our house and situated at the end of a private driveway. This single-storey flat, 700 m from the beach at Le Cormier and Tharon, sleeps up to 4 people. It comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and toilet, a sofa bed (160x200) and a separate bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a separate shower room/wc. It opens onto a private terrace with garden furniture. The gîte is fully equipped (TV x 2, free wifi) and secure (alarm). Bed linen, towels and household linen (tea towels and napkins) are included in the price. In fine weather, you can enjoy our 9m x 4m swimming pool. It is open and heated from April/May to early October, weather permitting. There is also a petanque court. Our guests benefit from special rates thanks to our partnership with the Pornic Thalassotherapy Centre (15-minute drive). For our golfing friends, the Pornic golf course is less than 6 kilometres away. Two parking spaces are available in front of the gîte. A cleaning deposit of €70 is required on arrival and will be returned on departure. Although we love them, we cannot accept our animal friends; moreover, the accommodation is non-smoking and the location of the house unfortunately does not allow us to accommodate people with reduced mobility (PRM).
