Janine welcomes you in a colourful wooden house in the middle of a magnificent green setting in the Gers countryside. The village of Avéron-Bergelle is situated in the heart of the Bas-Armagnac region, 10 minutes from Nogaro and its race track, 5 minutes from Aignan and its forest, swimming lake and many activities, and 30 minutes from Marciac and its jazz festival. You'll receive a warm welcome from a host who is passionate about art and culture and keen to help you discover this little corner of paradise. The gite: View of the Pyrenees - A large, light-filled 60 m² living room with kitchen, living room, large sitting room and study area. - a large, shaded terrace. - a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190). - one bedroom with 3 beds (2 beds 90x190 that can be converted into 1 bed 160x190 + 1 bed 110x190). - a bathroom/wc. - plenty of storage space, cupboards and wardrobes. - a cellar with sink, storage and washing machine. - a library. - private garage + 3 parking spaces, large wooded grounds, barbecue area. - 2 bicycles and games of rackets - Wifi Open all year round. Prices : from €100 to €120 per night depending on the period. Minimum stay: 2 nights in low season, 3 nights in mid season, 7 nights in high season. Payment methods: bank transfer, cash or cheques. The tenant may choose additional services at the time of booking. End-of-stay cleaning option: 50€ _to be paid directly to the lessor on arrival. Access to the owner's swimming pool from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm: Beginning of May - End of September_.
