WELCOME TO THE "GOVIHAN" GÎTE. Just 400 m from the beach, the gite is nestled in a quiet and pleasant area, yet close to the shops.... . On one level, this pretty 30 m2 flat has a living room with kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is a bedroom (1 king-size bed 180x200) with an en-suite shower room (Italian shower) and a separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a 1st unoverlooked wooden terrace of 12 m² and, at the front of the house, an enclosed courtyard of 10 m² with a second terrace and a small enclosed garden equipped with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and a barbecue. Parking spaces in the street in front of the gite (free). PETS ALLOWED ON REQUEST. Numerous activities are accessible on foot or by bike from the accommodation: beach, hiking trails, cycle paths, shopping, casinos, restaurants, embarkation dock.... 3 local markets a week. The price includes bed linen (bed made up), tea towels, towels and heating.free Wifi. Not suitable for disabled guests. The "end of stay cleaning" option (€40) is not included in the price.
