The advantages of the accommodation
Description
Stay in the heart of the resort of Les Sables d'Olonne in this town house sleeping up to 6 people. The accommodation is spread over 3 floors: * Ground floor: separate kitchen, living room, laundry room, * 1st floor: two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. * 2nd floor: an attic bedroom (6m2 with ceiling height > 1.80m, 23m2 in total). Outside, enjoy the unoverlooked, enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. Please note that as of 1 April 2023, our rental property is located in a regulated parking zone. From January 2025, the rooms will be equipped with sheets put in place before the arrival of the tenant, tea towels and bathroom linen according to the number of people on the contract.
