Description
Pretty holiday home in St Cyprien 1.0 km from the beaches (12 minutes on foot) in a quiet dead end. The interior renovation works have been fully completed since July 2022. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room. Ground floor : Open space with very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker). Living room with dining table and 4 chairs. Living room with comfortable contemporary armchairs perfect for relaxing. Master bedroom with 160x200x38cm bed, large dressing and bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and two heated towel rails. 1 separate WC. On the 1st floor mezzanine with TV, sofa and a small desk. A few games are at your disposal, as well as an umbrella bed for babies and a high chair. A second bedroom with a 160x200x38cm bed and a dressing. Shower room with WC, sink, shower, heated towel rail and storage unit. OUTSIDE : The house is a 4 faces ; the garden is closed. Large table and 6 garden chairs and umbrella, garden furniture with storage box for cushions, 2 deckchairs and plancha are at your disposal. Closed room with washing machine and dryer, and also 3 bicycles you can use. No helmet or gloves are provided. Parking in front of the house. Charges for electricity consumption to be paid at the end of the stay. At the end of your stay, you must leave the house clean or ask the hostess for the (paying) cleaning service.
