From here, you can set off along the discovery trails to visit the hamlets and their unique Maurienne chapels, and even climb higher... Mountain bikers will also find plenty of circuits, with the famous Galibier and Télégraphe passes for those who prefer road bikes, and the Beaune loop just above the house. For rock-climbing fans, there are several options nearby. The Val Thorens cable car link is 9 km away. Finally, if you're keen on car tours and picnics by the waterfalls, you'll be spoilt for choice! If you do not take out insurance (Cancellation - Interruption of stay - Damage to property - Resort Civil Liability), a deposit cheque for 400 euros will be required on arrival.
