Situated in a quiet area, just 1 km from Sion beach in Saint Hilaire de riez and the seasonal shops, this set of 2 houses, designed in the 1950s, can accommodate up to 6 people. Completely renovated in 2022, the main house (75 m²) comprises a lounge with TV, a small dining room and a separate kitchen with breakfast area. The 2 bedrooms each have a double bed and there is space for a cot. On the other side of the garden, a 12m² bedroom with shower, washbasin and toilet has been converted for those seeking a degree of independence. The adjoining utility room is ideal for storing bikes and boards. Car parking will also be appreciated. The large garden is ideal for family gatherings (Ref Javeline).
