Lovely and calm little cottage for 2-3 persons ( 40m²), bright with a view on the terrace and garden. Private parking next to the cottage. Surrounded by a flowery park. The house has two floors - duplex : > living room with TV and access to internet ( + wifi) and a room > little dining room with a little kitchen welle equiped You will find a bathroom with shower and WC. Charging station pour electric vehicles Animals are welcomed. "chèques vacances" accepted. Access : to the sea : 8 mn - to the shops in Lannion : 2 mn with the acr GR34 ( 500 m ) - cycle path ( 500m) Close to Perros Guirec ( 15 min by car) We will explain you how to see the best and secret parts of Côtes d'Armor !!!!!

At Lannion take the Morlaix direction and turn right after the river towards Loguivy Lannion and Ploulec'h. It's a straight turn after 1km. Straight on after the stop sign, the gîte is signposted clés vacances (holiday keys) 300m further on the left.

We are an old couple. We welcome our guests at whatever time they wish. We have been offering our gîte since 2009. We give them all the information they need about walks, places of interest and hidden spots that are not necessarily offered by official organisations. We also welcome our guests' pets, knowing how difficult it is to go on holiday with them. We respect nature and all living things.
