Take advantage of the beach ⛱️, beautiful walks and good restaurants with this comfortable house (classified 2 stars and labelled 3 keys), enclosed garden, ideally located in a quiet area, close to the beach and the town centre of Wimereux, all on foot! The house is a 2-minute walk from the shops (ice-cream parlour, restaurants, mini-markets, chocolate shop, greengrocer, creamery, fishmonger, newsagent, bakery, pastry shop, butcher's shop....) and an 8-minute walk from the sea wall (not open to dogs) and the beaches of Wimereux (the North and South beaches are open to dogs all year round, the central beach is open from 1 October to 14 April). A deposit of €400 will be required by bank transfer via the Swickly website. A parking space for one car is available in a private garage 2 minutes' walk from the accommodation. The accommodation is a house comprising on the ground floor an entrance hall with WC, a storeroom with washing machine, a living room with connected TV, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave, induction hob, traditional and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster). You can enjoy a plancha/grill on the terrace covered by a pergola, as well as the fully enclosed garden. There are deckchairs and a washing line in the garden shed. Upstairs are: -a shower room with a spacious Italian shower, heated towel rail and plenty of storage space -the green bedroom (garden view): 140cm x 190cm bed, connected TV, desk, wardrobe -the blue bedroom (street view): 140cm x 190cm bed, connected TV, wardrobe -the white bedroom (garden view): 2 bunk beds (90cm x 190cm), wardrobe, board games, cot, high chair and baby bath, children's reading area The accommodation has Wi-Fi. This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A welcome pack (a sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, a bin bag, a roll of toilet paper and the hire of 2 tea towels) is provided on arrival. Keys can be collected by appointment from the concierge (arrival from 3pm, departure before 10am). Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be hired from the concierge.
