Located between the rivers of Aven and Belon and 3.5 kms from the sea, the location of this property in a very quiet residential area is ideal to discover the charms of South Finistère (GR 34 and the Cité des Peintres de Pont-Aven at 5 min, the closed town of Concarneau, the cottage village of Névez, the beaches of Port Manech, Rospico, Kerfanny or Tahiti at 15 min) and the Morbihan golf course. Our friends small dogs are accepted (inform us in advance thank you) Independent house for 6 people: Ground floor: Kitchen (dishwasher, combined freezer, oven and microwave) living room, 1 bedroom with bed 140 and private bathroom communicating, separate toilet. Floor: 1 room with bed 150 and 1 room with 2 beds 90, bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
