_Villa Kastelluce 2_, between land and sea, is an ideal base for visiting Cancale and its surroundings. Located in a hamlet near Cancale and Saint-Malo, this beautiful stone house of character offers beautiful spaces both inside and outside. The whole represents a pleasant and bright living environment, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The main assets of the house ? Its swimming pool, heated from May to September, and its large garden with trees.  The house on 2 levels consists of : By day : Large and bright living room opening onto the garden with : - a fully equipped kitchen area for 8 people. - a sitting area with TV and DVD player - a living area with fireplace At night : - 1 bedroom on the ground floor for 2 people (sofa bed 140 x 190 cm) with a bathroom  communicating shower room.  On the first floor, there are  three comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space and storage. - 2 bedrooms for 2 people (2 beds 140 x 190 cm), another room offering 2 extra beds with 2 bunk beds. With its desk, this room is more suitable for children. Facilities and services : - Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 2 TVs, wifi. - Sheets and towels included from 5 nights. Beds made on arrival. Sheets and towels for hire for short stays. - Baby facilities and enclosed garden The house is managed by a travel agency specialising in holiday rentals, Archipel Evasion. > A member of our team will be there to welcome you on your arrival and make sure you have a pleasant stay on your departure. > A deposit of 1000 € by bank pre-authorisation will be requested one week before your arrival. The owners : Lucile and her family love this villa, allowing for great family time, whatever the season.  Supplements : - Visitor's tax (compulsory): 1,35€ / adult and per night (3 star rated furnished accommodation) - Bed linen and towels (stays of 4 nights or less): 18€/pers - Cleaning at the end of the stay (compulsory): 180€. A member of our team will be on hand to welcome you. Their contact details will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. Arrival normally possible from 5 pm. After 8 p.m., a supplement of €40 is payable on site. No reception after 11 p.m. On your departure, a member of our team will collect the keys and make sure that everything has gone smoothly.
