Description

CALAVANTE is a small village at the crossroads of Tarbes, Lannemezan, Capvern les Bains and Bagnères de bigorre. Come and recharge your batteries in our brand new wooden chalet. You can go hiking or cycling in the surrounding countryside. You can fish, paddle or kayak on the lake at Arrêt Darré. Visits to museums, châteaux (Mauvezin, Montaner...), caves (Gargas, Esparros...) await you, as well as animal parks (Donjon des aigles, Colline aux marmottes...), Asson zoo, accrobranche and canyoning. In winter, you can enjoy snowshoeing and cross-country skiing at Payolle, or visit the ski resorts of Saint-Lary, Hautacam, Gavarnie, Cauterets or Luchon. Régine and Noël will welcome you for stays of 2 people in cocooning or 4 people max. Outside, a huge, well-exposed wooden terrace where you can relax in the shade of the lime tree on the deckchairs. In the large living room with reversible air-conditioning, a sofa that can be converted into a 180cm double bed (2x 90cm) will welcome your friends or children, next to the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. A large bedroom with a 160cm bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers that can be converted into a baby changing table. Régine can provide a cot for your baby. Beds will be made up on arrival. A shower room/wc with walk-in shower and washing machine. Documentation is available in the chalet. Régine and Noël know the region well and will be happy to help you plan your outings. Wifi free of charge. A parking space for your vehicle is reserved on the property. Method of payment accepted: Credit card, cheque, holiday vouchers or bank transfer.
