Semi-detached housing of 120 m2 furnished Type F4 in Villa, on the ground floor, with very large swimming pool, surrounded by fields. on wooded land of 15,000 m2. Calm and comfort assured to live a relaxing stay. Living room 40 m2, 3 bedrooms (beds 160, 140X2, and 2x90), 1 cot + baby equipment,) fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Access for people with reduced mobility. Access Swimming pool and outdoor games for children, petanque, to share with the owners. Pool closure from 30 September to 01 April . The swimming-pool open at 9H30 and close at 21H00. A goat park very popular with children, at the bottom of the property. All amenities at 5 kms (GIMONT) cinema, markets and gastronomy, etc. .. Many leisure centers, festivals, museums and discoveries nearby.
