Come and discover this pleasant, light-filled house in Treffiagat, just 500 m from Le Guilvinec and 800 m from its fishing port. All amenities nearby, including a bakery, supermarket, post office, restaurants and a market on Sunday and Tuesday mornings. Take advantage of the nearby beaches and coastal paths of South Finistère. Make a diversion to the emblematic beach of La Torche, known for its surf spot. Come and discover the little port of Ste Marine, or the beaches of Ile Tudy, and before that, visit the Echmuhl lighthouse in Penmarc'h. House adjoining the owners' for 2 people: Equipped kitchen (combined freezer, oven and microwave...), living room with a sofa bed 140 (recommended for a child as it is not a real mattress) 1 bedroom with bed 140 and communicating shower room. Separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, radio, washing machine, bed linen provided, baby equipment on request. Outside: private terrace with garden furniture and lawn, deckchairs, private parking, private entrance from the owners. Additional charges Optional cleaning 50€.
