Description
Stay in South BRITTANY, GOLFE DU MORBIHAN in the CAP OCEAN residence at CROUESTY in ARZON. You'll be 150 metres from the beach, 200 metres from shops and restaurants and 50 metres from the communal swimming pool at the heart of the residence. The 37 m2, south-east-facing, fully-renovated flat is on the garden level, where you'll find peace and quiet. It comprises - a living room with open-plan kitchen. - a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and 2 wardrobe shelves (an umbrella bed can be provided in this bedroom). - a second bedroom with a window and 2 bunk beds and a cupboard. - 2 extra beds in the lounge with sofa bed. - a shower room with shower and vanity unit. - a toilet with washbasin and washing machine/dryer. - a private terrace with outdoor furniture (garden table and chairs, 2 armchairs). Outside, you can enjoy the communal areas: large lawn, mini-golf, table tennis, children's games, etc. Access to the residence is secured by a code barrier. Parking spaces are free. Unlocked bicycle shelter. On arrival, you will be provided with 2 tea towels, a bath mat, a sponge hand dryer and cleaning products. Sheets, duvet covers and towels are not provided. However, they can be provided for a rental charge of €20 per double bed and €15 per single bed (kit comprising fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase and bathroom linen).
