Description
Enjoy a pleasant family holiday in this typical island holiday home. It is located in the Herbaudière district, renowned for its fishing port, in the north of the island, and just 300m from the Lutins beach. Free shuttle buses will take you to the centre of Noirmoutier en l'île during the high season. On the ground floor, the holiday rental comprises a living room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and high chairs. In the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 80cm beds that can be joined together. Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, one of which has a toilet, and a second separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, en-suite shower room and separate toilet. Outside, make the most of the terrace with garden furniture and the small garden with private hot tub (from April to the end of September). There is a shed for storing beach equipment and bicycles. Parking on the property.
