5 km from Issoire, in a former 19th century stable, large, very comfortable gîte of 170 m² which can accommodate 5 to 8 people, or 2 to 4 people (only on the ground floor 115 m²), opening onto a garden pleasantly furnished for your meals and relaxation. Ideal for getting together and discovering our beautiful region with our expert advice. Located at the foot of the troglodytic caves of the village, on the banks of the Couze Pavin, famous for its fishing, it is a place full of stories and memories of several generations of travelers. A “Trait-d’Union” for all. With more than 20 years of experience in guest rooms, everything is designed for your comfort and well-being. On the ground floor, a large living room of 60 m² with 2 benches convertible into beds (the alcove). A very functional separate kitchen of 15 m² and a utility room. Three double bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC spread over 3 levels, including a very accessible ground floor bedroom. Our services: The bedding is quality, the beds are made, towels and kitchen linen are provided. Heating with a pellet stove: 15kg per day is included, any additional bag is charged €7. Cleaning option: If you do not wish to do the cleaning, you can choose the option at €50 for occupation of the ground floor, and €80 for the complete gîte. Reservations and periods: The complete Gîte for 5 to 8 people. Open à la carte all year round except during summer holidays (reservations only by the week). The ground floor for 2 to 4 people (1 bedroom, 2 beds in the living room and shared bathroom): Open à la carte all year round except during the summer holidays.

Fishing in the river running alongside the property (fishing licence required). Equi'nat horse riding club 300m away. Visit the troglodyte site overlooking the village. Superb Romanesque churches in the vicinity. Hiking in all directions.

In the village, take the rue de Siorac towards the river "la Couze Pavin" and park in the car park before the bridge. The entrance to the gîte is via the small porch.

After 24 years of bed and breakfast and a 10-year break, my daughters and I decided to take up the business again, in a very comfortable gîte where everything has been thought of to make your reunion stay, for up to 8 people, as pleasant as possible.
