Description

This town house, renovated by a couple of architects and typical of the Saint Gilles district, is less than 1 km from the Grande Plage, close to the markets and the quays. It can accommodate up to 6/8 people. In addition to the 90 m² of the main house, there is a 16 m² outbuilding at the back of the courtyard, which is only available in summer. The fitted kitchen opens onto a lovely, bright living room and a 3rd space has been created for meals with family or friends. It opens onto an outdoor courtyard, surrounded by stone walls and slightly elevated, where the sun shines for much of the day. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a separate toilet. Upstairs, the 3 independent bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet. The house can accommodate up to 8 people in July and August only. MENAGE + CONCIERGERIE PACKAGE included: - Beds made before your arrival, - Bathroom linen provided, - Final cleaning. Practicalities : Free internet connection (fibre optic), Dishwasher, washing machine & towel dryer, 1 bathroom - 1 shower room - 2 WCs, 1 of which is separate, Electric grill and barbecue & Nespresso, 3 double beds - 2 single beds (or 1 bed 180).
