Welcome to "Le Petit Chatelet", a seaside gîte, just a minute's walk from the seaside in Hirel! You will find a charming stone house with character, extended over the years, typical of the village. Its strong points: large living rooms, 2 verandas at the front and back of the house, an enclosed garden and many facilities for a comfortable holiday. Located in Hirel in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, you will be close to the sea (at high tide !), the customs path, the bike path, the sand yacht club, but also restaurants, fishmongers, grocery shop, pharmacy. You will be close to Mont-Dol, Dol-de-Bretagne, Combourg, Mont Saint-Michel to the east, and Cancale and Saint-Malo to the west. _The house - which can accommodate up to 5 people on 1 level (some risers) - consists of:_ * Day side  - An independent and fully equipped kitchen with a table - A large living room with a large dining table and a sitting area (TV, Wifi). - A scullery / laundry room in the garage, practical for fishing trips - a veranda at the front of the house, and a veranda at the back, each equipped with tables and chairs, to enjoy the sun throughout the day. * On the night side  - One bedroom for 1 to 2 persons (1 queen size bed160x200cm). - One bedroom for 1 to 4 people (1 bed 140x190 cm and 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm, reserved for children over 6 years old) - A room for 1 to 2 people (2 beds 90x190 cm) The bedding is of professional quality. * Sanitary facilities - A bathroom with a large shower and WC. - Another independent WC. * The exterior - Parking in front of the house and 1 space in the closed garage. - 1 enclosed garden with trees at the back of the house (apples in autumn!). - Provided with barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs. * Equipment and services  - TV and Wifi included - Board games and reading material available - Baby welcome - Cleaning at the end of your stay, bed and bathroom linen provided - Visitor's tax included: 0.70€ per adult / night (3 star rated furnished accommodation.) - Holiday vouchers are accepted - Possibility of payment by credit card - Payment of deposit by PayPal is possible (contact us at [l'échange de vos coordonnées n'est pas autorisée]) * The owners : You will be warmly welcomed by Bernard and Maryvonne TURMEL, also owners of a guest house in Hirel.
