Description
Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in this holiday rental, less than 300m from Sion beach, the village shops and the market held on Tuesdays and Fridays throughout the year. The location is ideal for walking or cycling along the cycle paths that run along the Vendée coast. This studio is open all year round. (Please contact us for weekends or extended stays (outside the summer period). Mobility contract available. Located on the 1st floor of a secure residence with lift, it comprises a living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a lounge area with fold-away bed and built-in sofa. In just a few seconds, you can transform your cosy living room into a comfortable sleeping area. You'll benefit from both a quality 140x200 bed and a good sofa seat. There are cupboards and storage space on either side of the sofa, a foldaway armchair that converts into a single 80x190 bed, and a shower room with WC, towel rail and hairdryer. The flat is connected to the fibre optic network. It has electric heating. Board games, books, comics and connected TV are available. Towels, household linen and sheets are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. 1 small pet allowed at no extra charge, subject to the owner's agreement. Cleaning option at 30€. Outside, you'll enjoy a 20m² terrace with garden furniture, a private parking space inside the residence and an enclosed bicycle storage area.

Possibility of discovery using the Little Train or the bus.

Car access via rue René Moreau. Turn right at the entrance (100 m) and continue for 100 m until you reach the car park (no. 35). Exit via Rue de l'Océan (automatic barrier). One-way street. Train access: St Hilaire de Riez station, then take the bus to Sion Sur l'Océan.
