We invite you to stay in Vendée in a holiday home located at the Fontenelles golf course with a heated swimming pool from May 27 to mid-September. Classified 3 stars furnished accommodation and 3 Clévacances label. Overlooking an 18-hole golf course, this peaceful place is ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation with the family. The vacation rental is located in a quiet environment between Coëx and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and its large beach. 9km from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, 13km from Bretignolles sur Mer and 8km from Lac de Jaunay. You can easily make a getaway to Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, Les Sables d'Olonne, Noirmoutier and many other tourist sites. A multitude of activities and leisure are available to you during your holidays, within a limited area. You will settle in a bright house with all the necessary comfort, decorated with large bay windows. It consists on the ground floor of a living room with fitted kitchen open to the living room and lounge, a bedroom with 1 bed 160, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90 cm bunk beds and 2 80 cm beds (pull-out, which can make a 160 cm bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and household products included. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant, perfectly furnished terrace (south/west facing not overlooked) with garden furniture and barbecue. On site at the Golf, you will find a bar, restaurants, mini golf. Provision of a closed room and a private parking space. Cleaning possible 75 euros.
