Owned by a family of winegrowers from Saint-Aubin, this cottage with three bedrooms, an equipped kitchen open to the living room around a wood stove, WiFi, TV, laundry room, room for your bicycles, wooden terrace of 50 m² will welcome you in a very old stone house located in the heart of this very beautiful village. The village of Saint-Aubin is located south of the Côte de Beaune, it is home to the oldest church in Côte-d'Or and 134 "Cabottes" giving an original goal to multiple walks and hikes, it is surrounded by villages of Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and their Grands Crus as well as La Rochepot and its Château. You will be 7 km from Chagny and its shops, 15 km from Beaune and its Hospices, 65 km from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy.
