Description
Completely renovated gite located on the 1st floor of a semi-detached house, accessible by an independent outside staircase leading to the private garden. Situated in the heart of the village with its local shops and 10 minutes from the beaches. Come and discover the Léonnard region, with its beaches, hiking trails (including the superb GR34), great cycling and fishing, all of which will make your holidays a real pleasure! And don't forget the island of Batz, just 10 minutes by boat from the port of Roscoff, and the pretty bay of Morlaix with its Chateau du Taureau. If you like old stones, you'll also have plenty to visit: Roscoff, St pol de Léon, Morlaix .... Your accommodation : Fitted kitchen (combined freezer, mini-oven, microwave), living/dining room, bedroom with 160cm bed adjoining shower room, separate WC. Facilities and services: Bed linen provided (towels optional), beds made on arrival, baby cot and equipment on request, launderette in the village. Outside: private garden with garden furniture, bicycle storage area. Non-private parking outside. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information. Rates per week : 390 €: 5 July to 23 August, less 50 € for an extra week. 350 €: 23 August to 6 September, less €50 for an extra week. Water and electricity consumption included (excluding heating) Supplements : Cleaning package (optional): €35. Towels (optional) €15.
