Description

Just 2km from the centre of Les Herbiers and 8 minutes from the Puy du Fou, this holiday home boasts pleasant views over the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor, this renovated old building has a living room with an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs you'll find a separate shower room with wc, and a family bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed. This bedroom can be accessed via a separate staircase at the side of the house. Last but not least, the exterior has been turned so that you can enjoy the view over the landscaped garden, which includes a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a heated swimming pool and an enclosed garden shared with the owners. The owners' house is on the property. The swimming pool is heated from mid-May to mid-October. In July/August rental from Saturday to Saturday only and the rest of the year 3 nights minimum.
