On the ground floor which overlooks the front of the house : - A kitchen area with a grill/microwave oven, an induction hob, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine (in the toilets), coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, accessories of the kitchen (other equipment is available in the common summer kitchen). - At the back of the room, a sofa that can easily be converted into a bed for 2 people (one double bed or 2 separate ones). a storage cabinet. - bathroom with walk-in shower (window to the outside), and separate WC. Upstairs on the mezzanine, which opens through a French window at the back of the house, towards the swimming pool : - sleeping in a double bed (or twin bed) and a sofa with a 100 cm bed. - a storage cupboard, a chest of drawers.
