This new 130m² villa is located in the Phare district (400m from the beach and 1.8km from the town centre) and comprises, on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) opening onto a 40m² living room with flat-screen TV and free, unlimited WiFi access; separate WC; a storeroom with washing machine; a master bedroom with dressing room and shower room with washbasin. Upstairs, a second separate WC, a shower room with walk-in shower and double washbasin and 3 bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed and a large wardrobe. Outside, there is a large south-facing terrace with a private heated swimming pool open from May to September, patio furniture and a petanque area. Private parking spaces and baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath, changing table) are also available. Pets are not allowed in the house. This property has been awarded the 4 clévacances label and is rated 4 stars. Cleaning at the end of your stay is the responsibility of the tenants. Additional services on request and subject to availability: hire of sheets and household linen, hire of WIFI box (€40 per week), end-of-stay cleaning (€145), hire of childcare equipment.
