The house is full of charm and warmth, with an emphasis on antique furniture. There are three separate bedrooms, one of which is on one level, ideal for a stay with family, friends or business. Its sunny veranda, terrace, enclosed garage and large grounds are other major assets. It is located 3 km from Baulon town centre and 5 km from Maxent, where you will find all the shops you need. Paimpont and the Brocéliande forest are 18 km away, Rennes and La Gacilly 30 km.
