Description

Outside school holidays, please contact us for bookings from Saturday to Saturday. A cosy 76 m² gîte in Lautenbach, a charming little village in the Guebwiller valley. Our village is ideally situated in a green setting at the foot of the mountains. The snow shuttle passes through the village and can take you as far as Markstein. There are plenty of places to visit (Colmar, the wine route, some of the most beautiful villages in France and numerous walks starting from the gîte). Weekly rentals only from Saturday to Saturday. (Please contact us for periods outside school holidays). Our gîte is an independent flat (private access) on 2 levels with a maximum capacity of 4 people (+ baby). On the ground floor, the 30m² open-plan living room/kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and microwave. The 13m² bathroom has a large shower, WC, double washbasin unit, ironing board, iron and washing machine. Upstairs, there is a WC, a 10m² master bedroom with a large dressing area and a 140x190 bed, and a 15m² bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. A private 100m2 garden with terrace, armchairs, hammock and barbecue is available all year round. The gîte is located near the Markstein ski resort. Bed linen included, towels extra (€4/person). Non-smoking gîte Private car park with external socket for electric car (with sub-meter) Free baby equipment on request WIFI access Pets accepted on condition that they are not left alone in the gîte, that they do not go upstairs and that they bring their own bedding. Holiday vouchers accepted Bikes, roof boxes and other items can be stored in the barn adjoining the gîte.
