Stay in this holiday home 150 m from the sea in a quiet area of Saint Vincent sur Jard, 500 m from the house where Georges Clemenceau lived. This seaside resort between Jard sur Mer and Longeville sur Mer is renowned for its tranquillity. The rental property is just 500m from Ragnette beach, Clemenceau beach, the village shops and Festy Park entertainment in high season. The house comprises a spacious living room with fitted kitchen-lounge. Two bedrooms, each with double bed (140cm), one with 2 single beds (90cm), a shower room and separate toilet. You will also have access to an enclosed room with shower and washbasin, ideal for returning from the seaside. This room can also be used to store bicycles and/or beach and nautical equipment. You'll enjoy an enclosed garden running around the house, with terrace and barbecue, garden furniture and awning. Ideal for a family holiday!
