Between land and sea, the house is ideally located for exploring Morbihan: its beautiful beaches, its mysterious reminders of a bygone age, its colourful little fishing ports, its lush green valleys nestling in the hollows of its rias... Just 800 metres from the town of Ploemel, you can easily reach the seaside resorts of Carnac, Quiberon and La Trinité Sur Mer. Holidaymakers love the peace and quiet. The charm of the house: a 9x4m heated outdoor swimming pool (open from June to September), set in 1800m² of enclosed garden with trees. Ground floor: a living room with a large, fully-equipped kitchen and bar area, a lounge and a sitting room opening onto the south-west-facing terrace.
