Designed for 2 people, you'll have plenty of time to relax in the 60m² of accommodation, with 3 flower-filled terraces. The spaciousness of the rooms, the choice of natural, healthy materials, the comfort of the equipment and the elegant, antique-style decor, not to mention the warm, sincere welcome, will ensure you have an excellent stay. Set in the peace and quiet of a hamlet, you're just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Combourg, with its château and shops. Numerous tourist attractions are within an hour's train (TER) or car journey : Dinan, Dol-de-Bretagne, Saint-Malo, Rennes and Mont Saint-Michel. _The single-storey house for 2 people comprises :_ * By day A large, bright living room on one level, with : - a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen - a living area - a sitting area with TV and a wood-burning stove - On the mezzanine, a study/reading area * At night - 1 separate bedroom for 2 people on the ground floor (bed 160x200 cm) with dressing area. - An extra 90x190 cm bed is available on the mezzanine (not recommended for children). * Sanitary facilities Ground floor: - 1 shower room with large walk-in shower, communicating with the bedroom - 1 separate WC with washbasin * Outside areas - Private courtyard - 3 green terraces with garden furniture, parasol shade, pergola and barbecue in the summer.
