In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Caps and Opal Marshes, Muriel and Philippe invite you to recharge in a peaceful environment in a bright, newly renovated, and tastefully furnished 50m² apartment (non-smoking). Nestled in the small town of Rinxent (with 2200 inhabitants), this meticulously decorated apartment is located in a family house dating back to 1935, divided into two units and conveniently close to all amenities. On the ground floor, it features a lovely, fully equipped kitchen that opens into a pleasant living room, including a work corner (ideal for remote work), a bathroom with an Italian-style shower and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: the first with a 160x200 cm bed and the second with two 90x200 cm beds. Outside: - A spacious enclosed garden - Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue - Free parking nearby The beds are made upon arrival (sheets provided at no extra cost), utilities are not included, there's a cleaning fee of €50.00, and a security deposit is required. Tourist tax is additional. We welcome you to a family home built in 1935 by our grandparents—a recently renovated vacation rental available for guests. In our beautiful and peaceful small town, you'll find everything you need. Close to the cottage, there is a train station 400 meters away, a TGV station 15 minutes away, a chip shop, a bakery, a pharmacy, a medical center, an ambulance service, a taxi service, two hair salons, a multi-brand car repair shop, a PMU bar, a newsstand, a supermarket with a butcher and a 24/7 fuel station, three restaurants, a canteen, and a local market every Saturday morning. Within 5 minutes of the cottage, you’ll find four supermarkets and a shopping center. There is also the traditional restaurant L’Eau à la Bouche next to Sainte Godeleine Chapel, offering not only bar, creperie, and brasserie services but also high-quality cuisine. The shopping centers Cité Europe and Channel Outlet are just 12 minutes away. Discover the beauty of Wissant Bay, where land meets sea, offering fun activities for all ages. By Car: From the A16 highway (coming from Boulogne-sur-Mer): Take Exit 35 – Marquise. Follow signs for Rinxent, turning right onto Rue de Beaupré. Continue on Rue Jean Jaurès, then Rue Roger Salengro. At the roundabout, take Rue Jean Jaurès in Rinxent. Continue until you reach No. 52 on your right. From the A16 highway (coming from Calais): Take Exit 36 – Marquise and turn left onto D191. At the first roundabout, take the third exit towards Rinxent.

By car: To reach our accommodation from the A16 motorway coming from Boulogne s/mer, take exit N°35 - Sortie Marquise. Take the direction of Rinxent by taking on your right the rue de beaupré, the rue Jean Jaurés, the rue Roger Salengro, at the roundabout take the rue Jean Jaurès of RINXENT until the n°52 on your right. Coming from Calais take exit N°36 - Exit Marquise on the left towards the D191 at the first roundabout take the direction of Rinxent 3rd exit. At the second roundabout, take the 2nd exit towards Blecquenecques for about 300 metres and then take the D127 towards Rinxent on your right, rue Raymond Sulliger. At the third roundabout, take the first exit on your right onto rue Jean Jaurès d'Hydrequent and then go straight on until you reach rue Jean Jaurès de Rinxent at number 52. By train: MARQUISE-RINXENT station is 400 m away, a 5-minute walk from our accommodation. Frethun TGV station is 15 minutes away via the A16 motorway.
