Description

This house is ideally located by the sea, very close to the Fond de la Baie beach and 15 minutes' walk from the small port of Locquirec, between the Pink Granite Coast and the Bay of Morlaix. Nearby, you can enjoy a range of water sports with a sailing school (sand yachting, kayaking, optimist sailing, surfing, etc.), not forgetting fishing or hiking on the GR34, not forgetting the region's not-to-be-missed sites: the Barnenez Cairn in Plouezoc'h, the Pointe de Primel or the Diben in Plougasnou, the Château du Taureau in Carantec, the Ile Louet or the legendary landscapes of the Monts d'Arrée, 30 minutes away. Ground floor: fitted kitchen (combined freezer, oven and microwave, coffee/tea maker), living room with possibility of extra bed for 1 small child in the sofa bed, 1 shower room with WC. Mezzanine: Bedroom with 140cm bed and 140/190cm sofa bed. Facilities and services: TV, WIFI internet access, bed linen provided. Outside: 2 terraces, one of which is sheltered by an arbour, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, outdoor sink, carport for car, private garden.
